Breastfeeding Workshop

Moms will learn about breastfeeding mechanics, the significance of skin-to-skin contact, recognizing hunger and satisfaction cues, and proper latching techniques. The IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) will also provide education on hand expression, pumping, and appropriate bottle feeding methods. Detailed answers to questions are guaranteed, and if time allows, a breast exam will be conducted. Additionally, we’ll discuss how breastfeeding can impact mental health during the postpartum journey.”
